Marketplace Pre-Launch Free Membership Promotion
By participating in this promotional event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility:
This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
Dental organizations with more than one dental practice or a single dental practice are only eligible for one free membership for the time period stated in this terms & conditions.
2. Promotion Period:
The promotion will end when DentalSupplySync Marketplace officially launches.
DentalSupplySync reserves the right to modify the dates of the promotion at any time.
3. Participation:
To participate, individuals must sign up as a member during the Marketplace Pre-Launch promotion period listed above.
Dental organizations or single dental practices, who sign up before DentalSupplySync Marketplace officially launches, will receive a free membership to access DentalSupplySync’s MarketPlace until 11:59:59 PM December 31, 2024.
4. Redemption:
The free access will be granted at upon registration.
Eligible participants will receive a confirmation email of successful registration.
5. No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase or payment is required to participate in this promotion.
6. Limitation of Liability:
DentalSupplySync is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed data transmission, or network issues that may affect participation.
7. Disqualification:
DentalSupplySync reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions.
8. Privacy:
Personal information collected during this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and will not be shared with third parties.
9. General Conditions:
DentalSupplySync reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the event.

We may change dates of the promotion expiry at our sole discretion and without notice.
Any dental organizations with multiple dental practices or single dental practices who violate these terms and conditions may have their free membership removed, and access to their accounts may be removed at our sole discretion.
10. Governing Law:
This promotion is governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
